No two ways about it I feel sick to the stomach and it probably won’t go away for some time.
After coming back from 2 goals down in a match that showed me we can match City to lose like that is gutting. It was a silly tackle by King but we can never hold it against him. BAE put us under pressure by keeping the ball in play and booting it down the pitch.
Balotelli should have seen red for stamping on Parkers head but it’s one of them things, the ref saw it but bottled it. I am proud of the lads today for the effort and character shown but for today I feel sick inside.

I was wondering why no-one mentioned BAE error in keeping the ball in and kicking it down the middle which led to the ball coming straight back for Ledley to make his error.I think Ledley panicked there even if Balotelli had gone through he would have blazed it wide or over,everything he did prior to that was pub standard like Torres at the moment.

Look at our own players first vdv and Defoe awful. Harry and levy don’t make the same mistake last year and go and get a top quality strikers cavani 40 million we ll make that qualifying for champions league
Seen too many people blaming Defoe, he just was unfortunate that he didnt quite make up the ground to get to the ball cleanly. Balotelli shouldnt have been on the pitch however. And is that 6/7 times Howard Webb has cost us?…..and interestingly enough apart from the two games at the start, the only two games Spurs have lost have been refereeing mistakes, Chris Foy cost us two goals at Stoke and today.
Once again Howard Webb screws us big time in Manchester. How on earth did Lescott get away with his clear and blatant elbow in Kabouls face. Then there is Balotelli’s stamp on Parker which conveniently escaped Webbs eyes. I feel sick, not with the result but the circumstances surrounding it.
Very proud of todays performance. The team didn’t bottle it and showed that if we are not the real deal then we’re damn near it. The FA must surely deal with Balotelli but that it for another day and of no help to us. Must admit my heart sank when I saw that Howard Webb was ref, when does he ever give us anything?
Sickening indeed, proud of the way we fought back from 2 nil down, imo Shi**y were there for the taking but without a truely top class finisher I don’t think we can hope for anything but Champs League. February will be really telling hope we spring a big surprise and bring in a big name forward however have got my doubts. Although he scored Defoe was again non existent and I’m sure will continue to be so throughout the month of Feb where we play top sides away from home. Hope he proves me wrong, but gutted would be a big understatement right now.

How many times has Adebayor missed sitters and he does not get the abuse that comes Defoe’s way. He had to time his run to avoid getting offside and the pass was just too fast. His opportunist goal brought us back into the match. Also no-one criticises GOD (ie Ledley) ever e.g “Gutted for Ledders” I may get sent to hell for this but He actually let us down! His positioning is great but he is just a little bit too slow now. Kaboul was immense as ver in defence. Lescott and Balotteli should have been off.
Stuart completely agree ade misses to many but in the formation we play Defoe is non effective and will only ever be good as a sub at least ade gets a few assists. If were honest ade is a breath of fresh air but also not the answer we are possibly a world class striker away from a title
