Of course we would all say that Niko Kranjcar should stay now after the brilliant two goals wich brought 6 points from the last two games for Spurs, but Harry almost sold him in january. Spurs luck was that Niko didn’t accept the offer.

One with left foot then another brilliant volley with his right foot. Those feet are great aren’t they? Why would you want to lose such a guy when he scored 2 times in 3 games? One Spurs striker could really be jealous on that record.

  1. Its simple, play him upfront with Pavlo, why not, at least he has an eye for goal.

  2. Good win, unbeleivable bad luck with injurierg and the gallas changing his boots goal was typical of our luck! For all those that go on about pavlychenko not starting or playing you got your answer today! He is a lazy donkey. I know defoe is off form but i would rather him than pav.

  3. Thought sandro was good today.

  4. Great win! Great goal from Nico! But my MOM is Sandro. That kid is only 21 but with a heart of a lion. Knowing how twitchy knee-jerked and prematurely pulled Sandro out vs Rovers, I was pleased this time that Harry didn’t take him out after committing an early foul at the edge of the box. Sandro is tougher cookie than Wilson. With a run of games he could be better than Carrick was.
    ‘Appy Days!

  5. Wow This was a big statement and with City and Liverpool dropping points my heart is pounding has i type. The good thing is we have learned the Man Utd way Change your team Bollock them at half time and then we win . Now we are getting a true squad with all our players getting game time . One sad and worrying note a Bales bad Utd back oops sorry, Bales Twinge has well Twinged again . I dont like calling gareth but its funny he has not played since we drew 0-0 with Utd abd if you watched him walking off with the Utd top on his bare shoulder you cant help but wonder has he bean Berbatoffed. Why i say this is because the rumours are rife where i live Utd will be bidding for him in the Summer .This could be get used to Bale missing because we have won without him and when Huddlestone gets back Lennon Pienaar Walker Townsend will help ease the pain if he has bean tapped. Forget Bale anyway we are fourth and on Monday we will be Fulham supporters and Hope our next signing Dembele scores the winner Great win Coxie Happy Chappie Davspurs

    • I think too that there are great chances of selling Bale in the summer. That’s why I think it’s great to have around Pienaar and Niko.

    • Didnt bale get injured against newcastle?! Whats with all the selling bale bullshit? How many times have we said ‘not for sale’!

      • Anything can happen mate. If he wants to leave he will probably leave.

        • He aint once said or even come close to hinting that he wants to leave. Infact completely the opposite!

          • We will see. The same happened to Caroll at newcastle… he’s not for sale he’s not for sale he’s not for sale… oops. SOLD

          • when they say he is not for sale it’s either they are still waiting for a higher bid or they allready have him ready for some arangement… everyone has his pric

        • But that’s the point – why would he want to leave? He has only really been playing top level for 1 year. He needs a bit more experience before he goes abroad. He is 21, rich, playing top level football and International football. It took him a while to adapt to top level football. No point in risking it so soon. I agree that anything can happen – look at Newcastle pretending that Carroll wanted to leave… But he’ll stay. Still too much of a gamble for the price tag.

          • Why would he want to leave? It’s money, stupid! Would you commit to 70K/week and turn down fucking 200K+/week? I guess you would, eh? Of course you would, your Rich Tony after all. :)

          • When you play you are always risking because you can get injured and not play for a whole 6 months. It happens, that’s football and it’s different when you go there and play for 70k/week or play for 150k/week or even more. And besides Bale was great because people weren’t expecting it. Now he is becoming more predictable and if he doesn’t improve by working hard his great days could vanish…

  6. great win but pav and defoe were poor, i’ve been calling for pav to start but on that display i’m eating my words but at least he gets a shot off and if we persevere he’ll get goals however defoe was just as bad if not worse, they need to sort it out thank god for our midfield, kranky up front not a bad shout at least he remembers where the back of the net is we need a striker badly roll on kenwyne jones in the summer hoorah, well done the spurs

    • Aidy, you sure about Kenwyn Jones, even he cant find the back of the net.

    • I had to keep looking to see if Defoe was on the field today. Noticed him twice: Once when the pass from Sandro went Krancjar, and the other time was when he was subbed, and that was probably his most significant contribution to the game.

      • Well, you must have walked away and hit the can or whatnot and missed when he once tripped, and couple of times been caught in offside position. :)

  7. Things going our way. Again we didnt play well yet somehow managed to get a result. Same as last week, sat watching a poor performance with little threat upfront and no confidence every time the opposition came forward. Not comfortable viewing for all of us. Defoe out of sorts, and we just keep lobbing it up to him.Pav no touch, jenas all potential and no product, palacios gets a cheer when a pass hits its target, sandro? a brazillian blasts 15yards over from edge of box, Dawson covers all in the air but Ac Milan will be gagging to nutmeg him, and Gomes! – cant work it out how we got another result. but yet again we do. It just proves after watching the game and my beloved spurs for all these years and critisizing every week I have absolutely no idea what im talking about.

    • Your honesty is commendable. I didn’t watch the game, but I heard that it wasn’t a poor performance. If the home side prevent you from playing your game by being physical, then you have to do what Spurs did today, and fight. This quality is what is putting us one this great run. Plus what do you expect starting the game without your 5 first choice midfielders (vdv, modric, hudd, Bale, Lennon) AND without your 2 1st choice centre halves AND Hutton injured too…?

      • Hutton doesnt count, its no coincidence that since he hasnt played weve been winning. Like you said though considering the absentees a great win.

  8. Great win for us but could the pricks with the broken English please stop mentioning Bale for manure. Perhaps they are manure fans in disguise.

    • Don’t thin Levy would ever sell Bale to UK rivals and besides, it’s up to Bale and I don’t think he would like that either. If he will want to leave it’s for sure Real Madrid or Barcelona.

  9. Niko has to leave spurs at summer because hes underrated for no rational reason. Hes great performance at the croatian national squad (5 goals / 4 games) and the 4 points he brings up with his 2 goals for tottenham in the last two games are rational facts for some club which can show the respect he reserves.

    *Niko care

  10. Sandro was brilliant .charlie excellent. Niko sublime. Good to see players hungry again. Maybe its the master stroke by harry to keep these players out of the squad so long.
